I use AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), an approach built on the belief that you have an innate capacity for healing. Together, we explore what might be getting in the way of that, whether it's old patterns, unprocessed emotion, or the ways you've learned to protect yourself.
In our sessions, we pay close attention to what's actually happening for you, in real time. That's where change takes root. Not just as something you understand, but something you can feel.
My approach is grounded in attachment science. The work focuses on the emotional bond between you and your partner, and what's been getting in the way of it.
A central part of this work is helping each of you access the softer feelings that usually stay hidden beneath the conflict. When those deeper emotions become visible to your partner, something often shifts.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I do this work because I genuinely believe people can heal. Not just cope, but actually transform their relationship with themselves and with their lives.
